About the role
Looking for a part-time opportunity where you can use your HR and employee relations experience to manage complex cases? This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy team, with flexibility to work 3 or 4 days per week, supporting Employment Tribunal cases and working closely with a range of stakeholders.

The Role Manage and coordinate Employment Tribunal cases, ensuring key milestones, deadlines and actions are progressed effectively.
Work closely with a range of stakeholders to support the smooth progression of complex cases.
Review case information, identify potential risks and provide appropriate recommendations.
Prepare briefings, submissions, responses and management information as required.
Attend relevant meetings and Tribunal Hearings, ensuring key information is available and actions are clearly recorded.
Provide regular reporting and updates on case progress, risks and emerging issues.
Use case analysis and business insight to support effective decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
Essential Criteria Degree-level qualification.
Experience building and maintaining effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
Experience dealing with Employment Law and employee relations matters, including Discipline, Grievance or Dignity at Work cases.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess information, identify issues and make recommendations.
Experience managing and progressing complex cases or work streams.
