Security Clearance: SC requestedAbout the RoleSpinwell is recruiting for an IT Commercial Specialist for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.Key ResponsibilitiesThe team is responsible for servicing software requirements across the client, and demand for both new software and renewals is growing exponentially.Essential Skills and Experiencebest VFM is obtained.Full understanding of public sector procurement, and procurement regulations.Full knowledge of CCS Frameworks, particularly IT and digital frameworks and methods of accessing those Frameworks.Experience in managing high value, technical IT procurements.The ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams, bring together people and views to inform decision making, and be willing to support work that isn't part of your core role.Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical people.MCIPS or L4 CIPS qualifiedDesirable Skills and ExperienceTransforming Public Procurement trainingProject management related qualificationCMCP foundation or contract management related qualificationDisability Confident SchemeThe client supports the Disability Confident Scheme and is committed to providing fair and inclusive recruitment opportunities.
