Chef de Partie – 4 Day Week – Live-In

I'm recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join a busy, quality-led gastro pub operation in North Norfolk.

This would suit a chef from a good fresh-food background who enjoys working with quality ingredients and wants to join an established kitchen team.

The role offers a genuine four-day working week, along with live-in accommodation, making it a great opportunity for somebody looking to relocate to the area.

The package:

• £33,000 salary
• Approximately £3,000 per year in shared tips
• 4-day working week
• Live-in accommodation available at £85 per week
• Quality, fresh-food gastro pub environment
• Established kitchen team

What I'm looking for:

You'll ideally already be working at Chef de Partie level, or be a strong Demi CDP ready to step up. A solid fresh-food background is important, along with good kitchen standards, reliability and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Gastro pub or quality restaurant experience would be particularly suited to the operation.
