Catering Manager Monday-Friday

Salary: £37,500 per annum

Location: LS10 1AB.

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 8:00-16:30, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales through promotions, upselling, and strong commercial focus.
Deliver a consistent "wow factor" experience with high-quality food and service.
Manage daily operations for up to 200 covers per day.
Lead, support, and develop a team of 5 staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle feedback effectively.
Control costs, including labour, stock, and waste.
Maintain food safety and health & safety standards at all times.
Monitor stock, manage ordering, and reduce wastage.
Working closely with a supportive client
