Mon - Fri Job Role of the Maintenance Manager We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a FMCG manufacturing site in Bristol. The company has heavily invested in advanced automation, high-speed production lines, and continuous improvement initiatives, making it an excellent workplace for engineers seeking career development, technical growth, and future leadership opportunities. You will be responsible for leading a maintenance team that will be carrying out l maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of equipment and facilities including all of the production and packaging lines ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Working on a Monday - Friday day shift pattern, you will play a key role in reducing downtime, improving reliability, and supporting production performance across the site. Sector
- FMCG Factory Maintenance Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Maintenance Manager Management experience within an industrial manufacturing or FMCG environment. · Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast paced industrial factory. .Team Leadership / Supervisory experience · Experience within manufacturing . Experience with management Requirements for the Maintenance Manager · Hands-on experience · Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent). · Experience working within a manufacturing environment. · Management experience Desirable Requirements for the Maintenance Manager. · Experience working as a Maintenance Manager within the UK. .Supervisory experience · Previous experience within FMCG, food, beverage or packaging environments.
