What You'll Be Doing Mixing Paints with accuracy and consistency, whether following standard formulas or creating bespoke blends for customers. Supporting Colour Matching to help achieve perfect, reliable results. Operating and Maintaining Machinery to keep production running smoothly. Monitoring Stock and ensuring materials are always ready when needed. Following Safety Procedures when working with chemicals and resins. Maintaining a High‑Standard Workspace that's clean, organised, and audit‑ready.
