Overview

Our client's Global Sourcing & Technology Transactions group advise on a range of commercial transactions, primarily technology and complex outsourcing arrangements. They regularly advise on high-value sourcing deals, providing strategic and practical advice to guide clients through the structuring and negotiating of their critical technology-related contracts.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a range of commercial transactions, primarily technology and complex outsourcing agreements.
• Provide strategic and practical advice to guide clients through structuring and negotiating their technology-related contracts.

Qualifications

• High level experience covering application development/maintenance outsourcing, systems integration, SaaS/cloud and software licensing transactions.
• Experience working with clients in the financial services sector is a plus.
• Confidence in a book of business in line with this range of work.
