The role involves overseeing multiple utility connections projects across the South West, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.We are looking for a Multi Utility or Electrical biased Supervisor who has experience supervising 11kV connections projects and managing direct labour and subcontractor teams on-site.People who would be suitable for this role are: MU Team Leaders - looking for get off the tools Civil Supervisor that have worked on Water or electrical connections, water main / services or HV Cabling projects LV / HV Cable Jointers looking to move up into a supervisor role. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge across the wider utilities sector, including water and gas connections, whilst also gaining exposure to higher voltage projects up to 33kVKey Responsibilities:Supervising day-to-day delivery of multi-utility connections projectsManaging direct labour teams and subcontractors across multiple sitesWorking closely with Project Managers, Operations Managers, Design Engineers, and Quantity Surveyors to ensure successful project deliveryEnsuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with programme requirementsMaintaining compliance with industry standards and safety regulations, including NRSWA and safe digging practicesCarrying out site inspections, audits, and toolbox talksMonitoring quality standards and ensuring work is completed to specificationAllocating resources effectively and managing workforce productivityLiaising with clients, including residential developers, commercial developers, and ICP/CPO customersProviding technical guidance and support to site teamsReporting project progress, site issues, and resource requirements to managementMaintaining accurate site records and documentationEnsuring awareness and adherence to NERS, WIRS, and GIRS standards where applicableJob Requirements:Multi Utility or Electrical experience with a strong background in 11kV connections projectsNRSWA Supervisor SHEA Ticket (Gas/Water/Power)Good understanding of NRSWA, CDM Regulations, and Safe Digging practicesExperience managing direct labour and subcontractor teamsStrong leadership and organisational skillsAbility to coordinate works across multiple sitesExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsFull UK Driving LicenceFlexibility to work within a hybrid and site-based environmentBenefits:Salary up to 50,000 per annum (depending on experience)Vehicle and Fuel card Private healthcarePension contribution matching up to 8%Monday to Friday, 40 hours per weekHybrid working environment x1 day per week from home Opportunities for professional development and progressionSupportive and collaborative work cultureIf you are a skilled Supervisor within the Utilities sector and are looking for the next step in your career, apply now to become part of our client's esteemed team.
