Job Description THE FIRM /n A City boutique litigation firm. /n THE ROLE /n Senior Associate to join the Director Services Team which includes lawyers from top-tier national and international firms. /n You will be handling, inter alia, /n Director disqualification and defence /n Shareholder and corporate disputes /n Tax and banking litigation /n Insolvency and restructuring /n /n This is a unique opportunity to work on high-value, complex cases involving HNWIs, SMEs, and private individuals. /n You'll be at the forefront of defending directors in insolvency claims, disqualification proceedings, and other strategic legal challenges. /n This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys solving real-world problems, and wants to grow within a firm that values initiative, commercial acumen, and technical excellence. /n ABOUT YOU /n /n You'll ideally bring /n /n Hands-on experience with Director Disqualification proceedings, including section 17 CDDA applications. /n Strong knowledge of personal and corporate insolvency procedures. /n Litigation expertise: drafting witness statements, interim applications, disclosure, mediation, and trial preparation. /n Experience with freezing orders, misfeasance claims, TUVs, s actions, and fiduciary duty defences. /n Familiarity with shareholder disputes, unfair prejudice petitions, and winding-up applications /n /n Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
