As a Housing Advisor in within the borough, you'll play a key role in helping individuals and families navigate housing options and resolve issues. Client Details The Local authority operates within a borough of over 300,000 residents in London Description Provide advice and support to individuals on housing options and services. Assist with applications for housing and related services. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client cases. Liaise with other teams and organisations to address housing needs. Handle enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures. Conduct assessments to determine housing eligibility and priorities. Provide guidance on tenancy agreements and housing rights.Profile A successful Housing Advisor should have: Experience in providing housing advice or working in a similar role. Knowledge of housing legislation and policies. Strong organisational and communication skills. The ability to work effectively with diverse client groups. Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and case management systems.
