The Role As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you'll work across a variety of commercial sites including nursing homes, healthcare facilities and other commercial premises throughout Essex and the surrounding areas. Your work will primarily involve: Servicing and repairing commercial heating systems (approximately 85% of the role) Working on domestic boilers within commercial environments Cascade boiler systems Unvented hot water cylinders and element replacements Occasional commissioning work Combi boiler replacements Providing excellent customer service while maintaining high engineering standards Area Covered You'll ideally live within the Essex area and cover sites across: Essex Waltham Cross East London Dartford Occasional visits to Norwich What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years' Commercial Gas and/or HVAC experience Valid Commercial ACS qualifications Strong fault-finding and servicing experience Customer-focused with excellent communication skills Team player with a positive attitude Full UK Driving Licence Hours Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (onsite for 9:00am) Optional overtime available, paid at management discretion based on weekly hours worked Salary & Benefits £55,000 - £60,000 basic salary (depending on experience) Company van with discretionary private use 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays Contributory pension scheme Specialist tools provided Company uniform ACS renewals funded Ongoing training and support Long-term career opportunities within a supportive businessIf you're looking for a company where your contribution is recognised, teamwork is valued, and you'll have the opportunity to build a long-term career, we'd love to hear from you
