KS2 Teacher – Tiverton
Are you a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher looking for your next opportunity in Tiverton? Teaching Personnel is working closely with a welcoming local primary school to recruit a committed KS2 Teacher to start in September
This is a fantastic opportunity for both ECTs and experienced teachers seeking a rewarding role within a supportive school environment.
Role Details
Position: KS2 Teacher
Location: Tiverton
Start Date: September
Pay: £1,560 – £1,800 per month (depending on experience)
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Contract: Part-time (with potential for long-term or permanent placement)

About the Role
• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across Key Stage 2
• Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Monitor pupil progress and provide regular feedback
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff
• Uphold school policies, including safeguarding and behaviour management
• Contribute to the wider school community where appropriate
What We’re Looking For
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching KS2 in UK primary schools (including placements)
• Strong classroom management and confident behaviour strategies
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, reliable, and professional approach
• Commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
