Pizza/Pasta Chef de Partie

Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a Pizza/Pasta Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef for a fine dining Italian restaurant in West London. It serves authentic seasonal cuisine with the best quality local ingredients in a cosy and elegant atmosphere. In a brigade of 10, serving approx 70 covers a day, the team is led by an internationally renowned Executive Chef and a strong Head Chef. You would be responsible for producing pizzas, Italian breads and assisting with the fresh pastas. As well as a competitive salary paid by the hour, the company is offering many benefits to the successful applicant. Immediate start although candidates with a notice period will be considered Requirements * Held a similar position for at least 2 years * Previous experience in Italian or Mediterranean cuisine is essential * A motivated individual, hands on in the pizza/bread making as well as fresh pasta * Stable background in acclaimed restaurants or hotels Benefits * Salary package: £38,000 to £42,000 * The restaurant is closed on Sunday evening, Monday and Tuesday. * Christmas and New Year holidays * Some weekends off * Uniform provided * Meals on duty * Bicycle/motorbike parking * Company pension scheme * This is an on-site permanent role ** You must be eligible to work in the U.K
