Commercial Litigation, Associate Solicitor

You will be keen to develop your expertise and grasp this opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile and challenging, international and national disputes across broad spectrum of commercial disputes and arbitration matters.

You will service clients from a range of sectors, large national and multi-national corporations, financial institutions and listed companies across TMT, financial services, energy, life sciences and real estate. The firm will offer you a varied commercial litigation caseload with a particular focus on professional negligence, corporate disputes, financial services and real estate litigation, a broad range of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, intellectual property, insolvency, and product liability. Alongside an excellent remuneration package, you will collaborate and learn from reputable Partners, regarded as leaders in this field.
