Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor: Working from the PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site, outlining frameworks and working through to completion and final accounts. Managing Packages. Site Meetings.Requirements for Quantity Surveyor: 2 years' experience and understanding of interior fit out processes, particularly CAT A and CAT B. Main/fit out contractor background. Degree qualified and needs to be construction based. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.What we offer for Quantity Surveyor: £50,000 - £75,000 salary package (dependent on experience).
