We're looking for an experienced Contingent Workforce Specialist to support a large-scale M&A integration project. This is a hands-on operational role focused on contingent workforce transitions, workforce data management, compliance, supplier coordination, onboarding, and system migrations.

Key Requirements:

3+ years' experience in contingent workforce operations

MSP, VMS, or supplier management experience

Strong understanding of contingent worker compliance and classification

Advanced Excel and data reconciliation skills

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have:

M&A integration experience

Workforce migration or transformation project exposure

HRIS implementation experience
