Evening Shift Hygiene Manager

£20 per hour | MondayFriday

15:30 - Finish (Midnight)

DMP Foods are looking for a dedicated Hygiene Manager to take charge of our evening hygiene operations. This is a hands-on leadership role , working closely with, and managing a team of three hygiene operatives to ensure our factory is cleaned to the highest standards every night. If youre someone who leads by example, takes pride in maintaining a safe and spotless environment and thrives in a fast-paced food production setting, this could be the perfect next step for you.

What Youll Do

• Manage and work alongside a team of 3 Hygiene Operatives
• Ensure all areas are cleaned to a high, audit-ready standard
• Oversee chemical use, safety and cleaning procedures
• Maintain records and support a safe working environment

What Youll Bring

• Strong leadership and communication
• Experience in food production or hygiene (preferred)
• A proactive, hands-on attitude
