They are happy to acquire for JV partnerships, private sale and PRS.This Developer is well funded and very keen to make acquisitions.The successful individual will have the following:Experience of buying large sites in LondonUnderstand working with HA JV partnersUnderstand how to put large bids togetherUnderstand true build costsExperience of due diligence on large sitesThe role will suit an ambitious individual who is keen to progress their career to Land Director and has the drive, contacts and processes to compete and beat other developers to large scale acquisitions.Ideally you will be Developer background.A fantastic opportunity, please apply ASAP to Jon Moss – 07966 585565
