Senior Corporate Counsel — Global M&A & Finance (Hybrid)

Moneycorp invites a UK-qualified solicitor with 4+ years' post-qualification experience to act as legal support for the UK business and the wider international Group. The role focuses on corporate matters, financing, governance, and major transactions, with responsibility for drafting resolutions and coordinating external counsel.

The position is full-time, permanent, office-based in London or Coventry, with a flexible policy allowing up to two days from home.
