Full time in the office 9am till 5pm

Salary flexible £28-35k

Graduate position

Job Description

* Investigate and resolve day-to-day issues within internal software platform

* Support internal stakeholders with new requirements and bug fixes

* Monitor system performance and investigate any unexpected behaviour

* Testing new deployments to ensure stability

* Help improve existing processes, automation and reporting

* Learn the existing codebase, database structure and business processes

* Assist with data queries and troubleshooting using SQL

* Use development tools such as Claude or Codex to support investigation and Development tasks

* Opportunity to grow with the role and take on greater responsibility across projects supporting the internal system.

Core Competencies

* PHP development and debugging experience

* SQL and relational database understanding

* HTML, CSS and JavaScript fundamentals

* Understanding of APIs and system integrations

* Logical problem solving and analysis for the root cause

* Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders

* Ability to prioritise support tickets effectively

* Willingness to learn business processes and translate them into technical deployments

* Understanding of testing and safe change deployment

* Experience using Git, GitHub or other version control tools

* Understanding of cloud hosting or server environments

* Office 365 suite experience
