Class 1 Shunter

We are currently seeking an experienced Class 1 Shunter Driver to join our team in Whittlesey. The role involves safely and efficiently moving trailers around a busy factory site, ensuring smooth site operations at all times. Shifts: 4 on 4 off 14:00-22:00 22:00-06:00Pay: £19.31 Monday - Friday £20.88 Weekends Key Responsibilities: Shunting trailers around the factory site Opening and closing trailer sheets as required Working closely with site teams to ensure efficient trailer movements Adhering to all site safety and operational proceduresRequirements: Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence Minimum 6 months of Class 1 driving experience Shunting experience is required Previous tug experience desirable but not essential Strong attention to safety and detail Ability to work independently and as part of a teamWhat We Offer: Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate Consistent shifts and ongoing work Supportive and professional working environmentIf you're an experienced Class 1 driver looking for a stable role with a reputable company, we'd love to hear from you.
