Handyman

Handyman needed in Chelmsford We are currently recruiting for a Handyman to work on a residential project starting in Chelmsford asap. Work will be customer care repairs in occupied housing. Basic tools and ppe are essential. Must have basic DBS. Day rate £210 CIS or Ltd, weekly pay, Mon to Fri, 8am-5pm with 1 hour compulsory lunch break. Duties will include: Sanding Making good Painting Basic plastering Basic Carpentry - fencing Temporary fixtures General handy duties all other associated tasks - general tidying and labouringApplicants must have previous experience working on construction sites, have own basic tools, DBS check PPE and valid CSCS card.
