Sales Engineer

MCS Group is delighted to be working with a growing engineering business based in Newry, to recruit a Technical Sales Engineer.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Engineer with a background in Mechanical, Chemical, Process or Environmental Engineering who enjoys developing technical solutions and wants to build their commercial experience.

The Role Develop technical solutions for wastewater and effluent treatment projects.

Review customer specifications, process data and technical requirements.

Select and size equipment to meet customer needs.

Prepare technical proposals, quotations and project costings.

Produce preliminary drawings and technical documentation.

Support customer meetings, presentations and occasional site visits.

Work alongside sales, design and engineering teams to ensure successful project handovers.

What I am looking for: Degree, HND or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Environmental or a related engineering discipline.

Strong technical problem-solving skills. xwzovoh

An interest in developing customer-facing and commercial engineering skills.
