Sous Chef — Fast-Paced, 3.5-Day Week in Edinburgh

Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel in Edinburgh is seeking a Sous Chef to join BABA Restaurant. The role offers 40 hours per week spread over 3.5 days in a fast-paced kitchen with up to five chefs on shift.

You will be accountable for kitchen operations, production and cleanliness, and will deputise in the absence of the Executive Head Chef. Lebanese cuisine experience is a plus; Level 3 Food Safety and HACCP knowledge are preferred.
