Cloud Service Delivery Analyst - 6 Months - £565 per day inside IR35 - Hybrid - Portsmouth Area Office

We are looking for a Cloud Service Delivery Analyst to support the delivery and continuous improvement of cloud services in a fast-paced IT environment. This role plays a key part in a major transformation programme, helping evolve service delivery practices and supporting the transition to a new IT Operations partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse cloud service usage and produce clear, tailored reports for stakeholders.
• Act as an escalation point for cloud incidents and support major incident management.
• Maintain ITIL-aligned processes and keep knowledge resources up to date.
• Drive service improvements and contribute to service review meetings.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to define requirements and support service transitions.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in IT service delivery, with a focus on cloud services and ITIL practices.
• Background supporting business-critical systems in medium to large organisations.
• Strong reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow or service modelling frameworks (desirable).
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
