Fabricator / MIG Welder Location: Redditch Rate: £15.00 per hour Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts Start Date: Immediate Starts Available We are currently seeking an experienced Fabricator / MIG Welder to join a busy manufacturing environment based in Redditch. Key Responsibilities * MIG welding a variety of metal components to required specifications * Fabricating products accurately from engineering drawings and specifications * Using hand and power tools to prepare and assemble materials * Carrying out quality checks to ensure work meets all standards * Working efficiently to meet production deadlines * Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment Requirements * Previous experience in fabrication and MIG welding * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings * Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality * Own welding mask preferred * Reliable, hardworking and able to work rotating shifts This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Fabricator / MIG Welder seeking a long-term role with a well-established manufacturer
