We are currently looking for Recycling Operatives to join our team at a busy recycling site in Rushden.
Main Duties: Collecting cardboard from around the site
Breaking down and flattening cardboard for recycling
Operating and monitoring cardboard baling machines (full training provided)
Keeping work areas clean and tidy
Adhering to all health and safety procedures
Supporting general recycling and housekeeping duties as required
Requirements: Reliable and hardworking
Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling tasks
Good team player with a positive attitude
Previous recycling, warehouse, or production experience is desirable but not essential
