  • Maintaining and updating pricing lists and supplier costs.
  • Preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders and other financial paperwork.
  • Checking invoices, costs and figures for accuracy.
  • Tracking outstanding invoices and following up on overdue payments.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records, job files and administrative documents.
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, plumbers, engineers and subcontractors.
  • Supporting job scheduling and coordinating appointments where required.
  • Assisting with general business administration and keeping records up to date.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in office administration, accounts administration, estimating administration or a similar role.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Good organisational, communication and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with quotations, invoices, pricing lists or purchase orders is an advantage.
  • Experience in plumbing, heating, construction or property maintenance is desirable but not essential
