After School Club Supervisor

Job title: Wraparound After School Club Supervisor Location: Upper Bucklebury, Reading, RG7 6QP Hours: 15 hours per week, 3-6pm Monday-Friday, term time (with the option of working 40 hrs per week overtime during School Holidays) Pay for After School club Supervisor: Up to £13.50 per hour Choose a job you love maintaining a good work-life balance with flexible casual hours!! Experience within wraparound care services is desired, however not essential as on-the-job training can be provided at our after school wrap arpund care. Main roles and resposibilities for After School Club Supervisor: * Managing and supporting the Activity Leaders to deliver high-quality activities to the children. * Building and maintaining outstanding relationships with parents, schools and colleagues. * Promote and deliver excellence by following all company and Ofsted standards and expectations. * Creating safe and engaging environments for all children across the wraparound setting. * Encouraging children to explore their interests and create new opportunities through enriching activities. * Empowering children to boost confidence, social and fundamental skills whilst making a difference in child development.
