Contract Administrator Location: Havant, Hampshire
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 DOE + £525/month Car Allowance + Healthcare + Bonus

The company are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to work independently and proactively rather than in a purely task-orientated role.

Contract Administrator Job Overview
Supporting the Contracts and Project Management teams across major civil engineering projects
Assisting with programme monitoring, project coordination and reporting
Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders
Supporting commercial and contractual processes across live projects
Monitoring project documentation, progress and compliance requirements
Assisting with procurement activities and subcontractor coordination
Supporting project reviews and operational meetings
Developing an understanding of NEC contracts and project delivery processes
Helping ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and within programme constraints
Contract Administrator Job Requirements
Degree qualified within Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Commercial awareness and business-minded approach
Ambitious and eager to develop a long-term career within Contracts Management
Full UK Driving Licence preferred
Previous placement, internship or construction industry exposure advantageous
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office applications
