Are you an experienced Home Manager looking for your next opportunity to lead a high-quality Residential, Nursing and Dementia service?

We are recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a Home Manager to lead a well-established care home in Leicester.

As Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team performance. You will lead from the front, driving a positive culture and delivering strong operational and clinical outcomes.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Home Manager within a large (70+ beds) care home setting
Open to clinical or non-clinical background
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
Track record of achieving good or outstanding inspection ratings
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and occupancy
