CAD/CAM Offline Programmer Salary: £22.00 – £25.00 per hour (Dependent on experience) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week + Overtime About the Role We are seeking a skilled CAD/CAM Offline Programmer to join our precision engineering team. CAD/CAM Offline Programmer - Key Responsibilities * CAM Programming: Create, optimize, and modify precision toolpaths using Autodesk PowerMill or Fusion. * Multi-Machine Management: Efficiently generate concurrent programming strategies for multiple CNC milling machines. * Documentation: Produce clear, accurate cut sheets and setup documentation for machine operators. * Problem Solving: Troublshoot programming issues and refine strategies live on the shop floor during production. * Drawing Interpretation: Read, analyze, and interpret complex engineering drawings and technical data. * Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet strict delivery deadlines.
