What's the Role All About?
You'll be supporting amazing individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs to live independently and enjoy life. Think:
- Trips to the cinema, bowling, shopping, and fun group activities
- Helping with everyday tasks like cooking, budgeting, and medication
- Being a friendly face and a steady hand when someone needs it most
- Encouraging confidence, independence, and joy-every single day
What You'll Need
- A full UK Driving Licence (you'll be driving our company cars)
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
- Experience in care is great-but not essential. We'll train you up!
Shifts & Hours
- 14-hour shifts including weekends and sleep-ins
- Flexibility is key-but we'll always try to keep things fair
