Frazer Jones is partnering with a well-established organisation in Bristol who are looking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, generalist HR professional to join a busy HR team and make an immediate impact, particularly across Employee Relations and stakeholder support.
Key responsibilities will include: Managing a broad range of Employee Relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters Providing practical, solutions-focused HR advice to managers across the organisation Reviewing and updating of HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation Building strong relationships to ensure effective stakeholder management and engagement Supporting the wider HR team with generalist activity and ongoing projects What you'll need: Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role Strong capability in handling Employee Relations cases end-to-end Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders Able to work at pace and manage a varied workload If you're an experienced HR Advisor available at short notice and looking for your next contract opportunity, please get in touch for more information. xwzovoh
