This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly architecture practice, working across commercial workplace and retrofit projects. You will be part of a collaborative studio that values design quality, technical excellence and career growth, with the chance to lead projects from concept through to completion and play a key role in transforming existing buildings into contemporary, people-focused spaces.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of complex architectural projects through all RIBA stages, from concept design through to completion.
  • Take ownership of project coordination, ensuring design quality, programme and client expectations are consistently achieved.
  • Develop and oversee detailed technical packages, planning submissions and construction information.
  • Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary consultant teams throughout project delivery.
  • Act as a key client contact, leading meetings and building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Provide technical leadership and support to junior team members, helping them develop and progress.
  • Work closely with contractors and the wider design team to resolve technical challenges and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Support the transformation and repositioning of existing buildings, delivering creative and commercially aware design solutions.
  • Contribute to design reviews, quality assurance processes and project delivery strategies.
  • Play an active role within a supportive studio environment that values design excellence, teamwork and collaboration.


Key Requirements

  • ARB registered Senior Architect with experience delivering projects within a UK practice.
  • Strong experience across commercial workplace, office retrofit and education projects.
  • Confident leading projects through multiple RIBA stages, with strong technical experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD/Revit.
  • Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
  • Experience coordinating consultants and managing project teams.
  • Confident communication, organisation and client-facing skills.
  • Positive, proactive and collaborative approach.
