Join us as a Business Development ManagerWe’ll look to you to drive business development activities to build partnerships for new opportunities, supporting with the design, development, and implementation of business development strategies and plans that support our overall growth strategyYou’ll build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, business partners, and other related organisations to seek new opportunitiesThis is a great opportunity to develop your skills and networkWhat you’ll doAs a Business Development Manager, you’ll monitor and analyse the marketplace, participate in sales strategies and policies, and generate and facilitate the total solution of our business development and continuous growth. In doing so, you’ll meet customer needs and assist the business in achieving our lending commitment while ensuring business goals are met in a manner consistent with our values.You’ll effectively handle concerns and complaints at first point of contact, ensuring the delivery of good customer outcomes at every interaction, and you’ll formulate and drive a business plan to achieve all KPI’s.You’ll also:Understand and adhere to the relevant laws, conflicts of interest, and the anti-money laundering guidelinesComplete all control tasks in a timely manner to the required standardOperate within the training and competence scheme, ensuring the provision of accurate, full, and relevant information to customersRespond and adapt to shifting priorities and deliver an effective performance within challenging timelinesLiaise with colleagues to share best practice and to flex capacity between teams as requiredBuild a strong internal and external network of stakeholders and proactively promote a culture where risk is managed effectively within the businessThe skills you’ll needWe’re looking for someone with an understanding of audit and risk requirements, both internally and externally, and experience of meeting and exceeding customer needs.
