The position will appeal to a Maintenance Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Electrical Technician looking to upskill or a Graduate with industrial working experience This role offers a great mix of hands-on fault finding, preventative maintenance, continuous improvement and automation support within a fast-paced production environment. Maintenance Engineer - The Role: Carry out preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs on production machinery and facilities Support machinery uptime and minimise production downtime Analyse downtime and OEE data to improve machine performance Work with PLC automation, safety systems and control panels Support continuous improvement and project activities Assist with spare parts management and site maintenance activities Mentor apprentices and provide technical support when required Maintenance Engineer - What We’re Looking For: HNC (or equivalent) in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering Previous experience within a maintenance engineering environment Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Experience with PLCs, automation systems and industrial machinery Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and machine technology Comfortable working independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment Why Join?
