Retail Assistant – York🌟 📍Location: York 💰Salary: £13.00 - £14,00 Dep Exp ⏰Hours – 5 days out of 7 including weekends, 11.30 – 19.30 ✅Job Type: Full Time Temporary Ongoing We are recruiting on behalf of a leading retailer in York and are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistants to join their successful team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. ✅Key Responsibilities: Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive shopping experience. Assisting customers with product enquiries and purchases. Replenishing stock and maintaining high standards of store presentation. Operating tills and handling transactions accurately. Supporting the wider team to achieve store targets and objectives. Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.💥The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A friendly, approachable, and professional manner. Previous experience within a customer service or retail environment (preferred but not essential). The ability to work effectively as part of a team. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
