Gas Operations Supervisor - ONLY GAS safe registered. Salary: Up to £50,247.14 per annum (depending on experience) Working Hours: 37 hours per week Location: Bracknell (covering Bracknell, Windsor, Ascot, Slough & surrounding areas) Permanent | Full Time Your New Role Are you an experienced Gas Supervisor, Gas Team Leader or Senior Gas Engineer looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a technically skilled Gas Operations Supervisor to lead and support a team of Gas Engineers delivering high-quality domestic gas servicing, repairs and installation works across the South East. This is a key role responsible for ensuring all gas-related activities are completed safely, compliantly and efficiently, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. You will provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of Gas Engineers, ensuring engineers remain compliant with current legislation, qualifications and safe working practices. What You'll Be Doing * Leading, supporting and developing a team of domestic Gas Engineers. * Overseeing daily gas operations, ensuring repairs, servicing and installations are completed safely and efficiently. * Monitoring engineer performance, productivity, quality and compliance. * Carrying out quality checks, audits and technical reviews. * Ensuring all works meet Gas Safety Regulations, industry standards and company procedures. * Supporting engineers with technical advice, fault finding and complex gas-related issues. * Managing workloads, prioritising jobs and ensuring customer commitments are achieved. * Working with internal teams and contractors to resolve issues quickly and effectively. * Supporting training, development and competency requirements across the team.Ensuring accurate completion of gas safety documentation, including CP12/Landlord Gas Safety Records. What We're Looking For We are looking for an experienced gas professional who can combine strong technical knowledge with excellent leadership skills. You will ideally have: ✅ Gas Safe Registration (current or recently held) ✅ Domestic ACS qualifications including CCN1 and relevant appliances (CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 etc.) ✅ Significant experience working as a Domestic Gas Engineer ✅ Previous experience supervising, mentoring or leading Gas Engineers ✅ Strong knowledge of domestic gas servicing, repairs and installations ✅ Understanding of Gas Safety Regulations and compliance requirements ✅ Experience working within social housing, housing maintenance or a similar environment (desirable) ✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills You may currently be working as: Gas Supervisor Gas Team Leader Senior Gas Engineer Gas Compliance Supervisor Gas Service Manager Domestic Gas Engineer looking for the next step What You'll Get Salary up to £50,247.14 per annum depending on experience.
