You will engage with high-level decision-makers, build long-term relationships, and ensure a steady stream of prospects is passed to the closing team. The ideal candidate will be a "self-starter" who is comfortable with cold calling and prospecting. You should have a proven track record of meeting sales quotas and the ability to navigate conversations with VPs, Directors, and C-suite personnel. Follow up campaigns to identify new opportunities. Track and monitor all activities within Salesforce. £175 commission per meeting booked. Sales and Negotiation. The Person: Proven BDR experience, ideally within IT services. Excellent negotiation skills and professional telephone manner. Strong communication.
