Roofing Estimator

CSS Recruitment are looking for a multi-disciplined Estimator for a client in Waltham Abbey.

Requirements:

* Prepare tenders and undertake take offs from construction drawings, reading drawings, understanding specifications and using excel to a good standard.

* Knowledge of Bluebeam estimating software (advantageous)

* Calculating rates including labour, material costs and preliminary items.

* Reporting directly to the estimating director with any technical and labour queries.

* 5 years estimating experience in all types of flat roofing and rainscreen cladding preferred.
