Nursery Practitioner – Wandsworth, London SW19

Salary: £13.65–£14.90 per hour | Up to £30,992pa (depending on hours, experience and qualifications)

Hours: 4 or 5 full days, 7:30-6:30pm, 40 hours a week

Contract: Permanent | All year round

*Please note not suitable for term-time or school-hours applicants

We are looking for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our welcoming, family-run nursery in Wandsworth (SW18).

Responsibilities of the Nursery Practitioner

  • Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children
  • Create a safe, stimulating and engaging environment
  • Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
  • Work collaboratively with the nursery team
  • Support inclusive practice for children, colleagues and visitors
  • Follow safeguarding procedures to ensure children’s wellbeing

About You

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant) xwzovoh
  • Previous Nursery Practitioner or similar experience
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices
  • Understanding of SEND and inclusive early years practice
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Eligible to work in the UK
