SC Cleared Application Support Engineer

Hays are now looking for an SC Cleared Application Support Engineer for one of our local clients. Up to £700 p/d Inside IR35 Location is Bristol Candidates must hold current SC Clearance We're looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to provide technical support and enhancement services across a range of business-critical enterprise applications. You'll play a key role in maintaining system performance, resolving complex issues, and delivering configuration and development improvements across technologies including SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, and Active Directory. What You'll Be Doing Providing 2nd/3rd line support for business-critical applications and services Investigating, managing, and resolving incidents and problems in line with SLAs Delivering system configuration changes and scripting enhancements to improve performance and stability Supporting and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, SharePoint, and Active Directory environments Developing and maintaining PowerShell and/or Python scripts where required Working within established Change Management, Service Management, and Project Management frameworks Collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project teams to deliver effective solutions Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the application estate What We're Looking For Strong experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Proven knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory administration and support Hands-on experience supporting on-premise SharePoint environments Experience with PowerShell and/or Python scripting Good understanding of Change Management and Service Management processes Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Experience working in secure or highly regulated environments is desirable Active SC Clearance is highly desirable; SC-cleared candidates will be prioritised Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Bristol Backgrounds purely in support, purely in development, or a blend of both will all be considered If you are currently SC Cleared and interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or please send a copy to Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
