About the Role: The Operations Manager is responsible for leading the warehouse activity and ensuring that operational targets for safety, performance, accuracy, and service levels are consistently achieved. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this role manages Team Leaders and warehouse colleagues to deliver smooth, efficient, and compliant daily operations.
