Recruitment Resourcer - Construction Location: Sevenoaks Salary: £27,000 per annum + Bonus Hours: Monday to Friday | 07:30 - 16:30 About Us GNA Group is an established construction recruitment business supplying temporary and permanent personnel across the UK. We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy Blue Collar division. Previous recruitment experience is preferred; however, we are equally interested in driven individuals with strong communication skills, a great work ethic and a genuine desire to build a career in recruitment. The Role Working alongside experienced consultants, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening and managing candidates for temporary and permanent construction vacancies. Key Responsibilities * Sourcing and screening construction candidates * Managing candidate registrations and compliance checks * Using job boards, databases and recruitment tools to identify talent * Updating and maintaining our ATS/CRM system * Formatting CVs and preparing candidate submissions * Supporting consultants with live vacancies and candidate bookings * Lead generation and market research * Occasional site visits and PPE deliveries What We're Looking For * Recruitment experience preferred but not essential * Excellent communication and telephone skills * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer * £27,000 basic salary * Monthly bonus structure * Performance incentives and prize draws * Early finish Fridays * Quarterly team events and socials * Ongoing training and development * Clear progression into Recruitment Consultant roles If you're hardworking, ambitious and looking to build a long-term career within construction recruitment, we'd love to hear from you
