About the role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing People Manager to join a leading national conveyancing business based in Cardiff on a hybrid working basis.
The business is modern, forward thinking and technology led, with a strong focus on people, performance and service delivery. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a capable people manager to oversee and support a high performing conveyancing team.
This role will suit an experienced manager with a strong background in residential conveyancing and proven experience in leading and developing teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving performance, maintaining high standards and building a positive and supportive team culture.
The Role
Managing and overseeing a conveyancing team
Supporting and developing team members through coaching, mentoring and performance management
Monitoring productivity, quality and service levels across the team
Working closely with senior management to improve processes and overall performance
Leading on all people management activity including reviews, development plans and training
Encouraging a collaborative, inclusive and high performing team environment
What experience will the ideal candidate have?
Extensive experience within residential conveyancing
Proven experience managing and leading teams within a fast paced environment
Strong people management and communication skills
A genuine passion for coaching, mentoring and developing others
Commercial awareness with the ability to drive performance and maintain standards
Experience working within a modern, technology driven conveyancing environment
