Why This Role Stands Out Competitive pay package, with increases on completion of training Paid overtime at time and a half after 40 hours 24 days’ holiday plus bank holidays Company pension scheme Opportunity to earn additional performance bonuses Secure, long-term role with a supportive team environment The Role This is a varied and hands-on position where you’ll be responsible for: Operating plant machinery to manufacture products to exact production standards Performing in-process quality checks and basic laboratory testing (e.g., pH, viscosity) Receiving, checking, and correctly storing raw materials Packaging and dispatching finished products to customer specifications Maintaining site organisation and assisting with maintenance when required Working in line with strict Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality procedures What We’re Looking For Experience operating plant or production equipment in a manufacturing environment High attention to detail and solid numerical skills Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and reliable Full UK driving licence (essential) Forklift truck licence and/or basic lab testing skills (desirable) If you’re looking for a secure, well-paid role in a company that will invest in your skills and career, this position offers the training, variety, and stability you’ve been searching for.
