Pilgrim's Europe is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Carrickmacross. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, providing expert HR support and helping drive a positive workplace culture.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Advise managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management
- Support recruitment, onboarding and retention activities
- Conduct investigations and support formal HR processes
-Coach managers on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation
- Monitor HR metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR and company policies
- Help deliver employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an xwzovoh HR Advisor or HR Generalist position
- Strong employee relations and case management experience
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-Good knowledge of employment legislation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable
