Health & Safety Administrator/Officer

The Role: Supports delivery and improvement of the corporate health and safety framework. Provides health and safety advice and guidance to managers and employees. Assists with inspections, audits and investigations to ensure compliance and safe working practices. Supports health and safety systems, reporting processes and performance monitoring. Coordinates and delivers health and safety training, inductions and awareness activity. Works collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners to support health and safety objectives. The Person The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience: Essential: Degree qualified with a NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent. Alternatively, candidates without formal qualifications must demonstrate extensive Health & Safety Officer experience. Strong background providing practical health and safety advice and guidance with successful outcomes. Skilled in developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures aligned with legislation and best practice.
