Assistant Quantity Surveyor

EC Group are a specialist construction recruitment consultancy who are advertising for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor position for and on behalf of one of our clients. The position is for a regional main-contractor who turnover £10-£20m annually within the commercial, residential and local authorities sector. The role is for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities: * Supporting Senior Quantity Surveyor. * Take-offs * Valuations * Cost reporting * Site visits * Estimating * Managin sub-contractors Requirements for the Assistant Quantity Surveyor role are: * Minimum of 2 years experience * Some estimating or quantity surveying experience * Experience with construction process Benefits for the Assistant Quantity Surveyor role: * Competitive salary package * Great annual leave allowance * Excellent pension scheme
